Historic Downtown Marshall features many notable sites including the historical county courthouse, old-time stores, a growing collection of shops with unique home decor and gifts, several art galleries and active artist studios, and even some farm to table restaurants

On Thursdays, take a yoga class at Magictown Movement Studio lead by our dear friend and incredible yoga instructor and health coach Stephanie. Marshall is also your jump off spot to rafting or hitting the Appalachian Trail in nearby Hot Springs.
Saturday nights in the summer, Madison County Fairgrounds are hopping with the rodeo, which throws you back in time to days when entertainment was simple and cell phones weren’t a thing!
Marshall addresses span a wide area and consist of large pieces of rural farmland, steep slopes of the deep mountains, and lots of water and streams. The area tends to be at higher elevation which keeps it a little colder than neighboring Buncombe County.
